Docteur en psychologie clinique, formée aux États Unis et bilingue, je suis formée à la thérapie cognitive comportementale et j’adapte mon approche thérapeutique aux besoins de mes patients. Mon approche humaniste est centrée sur la personne, alliant bienveillance et douceur à la mise en place d’outils thérapeutiques concrets permettant d’accéder à de réels changements positifs. Formée en Mindfulness ou Pleine Conscience, j’accompagne mes patients non pas seulement à comprendre et à transcender leur souffrance, mais aussi à retrouver un profond bonheur dans leur vie en renouant avec leurs ressources intérieures pré-existantes. J'accueille adultes, adolescents et enfants, et je propose des thérapies de courtes et longues durées adaptées aux besoins uniques de chaque individu.
